The Light of Presence is a transformational men’s work collective founded by Robert Marc Steenhoff and Mario Radlinger.
The deep brotherhood between us has allowed us to guide men into their power from different angles and with a complete spectrum of the masculine archetypes.
For this 5-day initiation, you will be guided by Mario as Robert is currently working on a deep initiation to serve the world from an even deeper place.
The work rests on four elemental pillars:
• Embodied Practices: To teach our body how it feels to act even if the mind is still doubting.
• Brotherhood: We all carry similar wounds. So much of the inner work is amplified through being witnessed, listened and sharpened by other awake men.
• Self-Responsibility: We take 100 % ownership for what we create, knowing that we are the creator of our own reality.
• Sacredness: This container is sacred and deeply rooted in prayer and consecration. We show up with openness, humbleness embodying the man that we know we have come here to be.
Why am I doing this? (Mario)
Three years ago, I was disconnected from my masculine.
I was surrounded by women but couldn’t act on my desires or speak my truth.
Around men, I felt unsafe and threatened.
I had many business ideas but lacked structure, presence, and consistency.
When things got hard I moved on.
I grew up without any masculine role models.
No clear boundaries, no containment.
ADHD, scatteredness and a well of emotions and chaos.
I knew there was more in me, but I didn’t know what was missing.
Until I reconnected with my masculine and it truly felt like arriving back home.
Who I am now
Today, I lead men into their power.
I hold space for emotional depth and real transformation and I help men see where they hold back and reconnect to their truth and purpose.
I have a strong brotherhood built on integrity, commitment and trust.
I don’t feel threatened by other men anymore.
I can meet them in their strength because I stand on my own.
My projects are growing because I have become the man who can hold them.
I can create, sustain, and move with purpose and I wake up most days turned on by being of service to this beautiful world.
I’ve learned to bring all parts of myself together into one clear expression.
My voice, my sensitivity, my vision.
